This is visible on this topic also, where bumps, therefore empty servers and slots are sporadic and rare. Every product have its customer as all my servers are rented. I could host it in my basement on some old leftover PC, but that is just not serious. Average price of slots is price that covers cost of dedicated server. I rent dedicated server where I host TS and that servers $$$ cost is where these prices come from (related to PLEX).
Therefor all low slot number options have luxury tax in them. My price per slot is 3,000,000 ISK I prefer to have servers rented to larger entities and serious alliances.
